Our Business

The Lake Chapala area has in excess of 15 different businesses that list properties for rentals.  In addition there are literally dozens of private owners who do not list their rental property with agencies.  Rental Locaters has working agreements with most of the local rental agencies and many private owners.  This working relationship allows to maintain the only centralized listing of the current and future rentals available in the market.  By doing this we can provide a quality service to our clients at a very reasonable costs.

We are in weekly contact with landlord and owner partners to make every effort to insure that our centralized listings are current with updates, additions and deletions.
